Responsibilities

As a key member of the Feasibility & Investment Analysis (F&IA) team, you will support Hilton’s growth across Asia Pacific (APAC) by delivering market insights and investment analysis for new hotel opportunities.
Lead Underwriters across the APAC region, delivering high-quality analysis and expert advice to key business stakeholders.
Perform investment and valuation analysis to support decision-making across various internal stakeholders including Development, Real Estate & Asset Management, Operations, Finance, and Executive Management.
Utilize, maintain and update sophisticated financial models to support in-depth analysis.
Prepare clear and concise analytical reports and memoranda summarizing findings, methodologies, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

You have these minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, finance, real estate, or a related field.
0 to 2+ years of experience in hospitality consulting, asset management, feasibility, and/or investment analysis, or a demonstrated ability to perform these functions effectively.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point; advanced Excel modelling capabilities and knowledge of other analytical tools.
Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
